  1. Background: Still searching for backgrounds on google? Please stop doing that. PINTEREST is a gold mine full of great graphics and tonnes of fresh content. A place that you should be looking for backgrounds and content inspo.

  2. Planning and writing: For planning and writing, I highly recommend- NOTION. A very cute app with features to die for and the templates? Don’t even get me started. Practically covers all kinds of people in their target market. Best for content creators, students, and product designers. It elevates your IG game. Planning what you create and what you post is very important (we’ll talk about this later). Know your social calendar with the calendar view of your tasks on notion.

  3. Writing: Writing your post ideas, blog, or any notes? Isn’t Google Workspace the best? (Google docs usually) A good alternative would be noted, Evernote, or a physical notebook:) I find the notes on my phone to be most accessible and easy to use, it’s spontaneous and easy to use.

  4. Editing: Grammarly is a LIFESAVER. One of the best free editing extensions and websites because it not only rates your writing based on grammar but also grades it according to your set goals. This app is going to make writing content 100 times easier. This app a

lso identifies when your sentence gets too wordy or suggests edits to make it better in any possible ways.

  1. Webhosting (in case of a website): Best Webhosting and website creation websites are WIX.com, Squarespace, and WordPress. I personally sometimes feel that WordPress is quite overrated whereas WIX.com is not given the due appreciation. Squarespace has a trial period for 7 days and then you gotta pay, so if you’re willing to invest in the website, go ahead! Templates on Wix are what particularly attracted me. You can also choose your color palette and use the wix editor to make your website even more personalized. A lot of options to use here. To use wix for free, you need to bear with the advertisements and copyright issues but you can definitely pay and it will all go away. Another great thing about wix is that you can create multiple websites with the same account, schedule your posts, view analytics, and also buy your subscription and domain at an affordable price. Tonnes and tonnes of tools to make your website better than ever!

  2. Post Scheduler

: I use Hootsuite to schedule my posts and is one of my favorites! Using this app means also being suggested as to what time you should be posting to get maximum engagement. Well, who doesn’t love that?

  1. discover growth: Stuck using the same hashtags? Get creative with hashtag expert and discover which hashtags work for you! Create new folders with certain hashtags to copy and paste later. Thank me later:)

  2. mood board: Where are all my MOOD BOARD lovers? Well, Milanote is here!!! It is crazy good! I mean just head over to their website and download their app right away! Creating multiple mood boards in one folder just became easier. Just trust me and check it out!

  3. feed planner: Don’t you wanna see how your feed will look once you post all your posts? Planoly is your go-to app! Add up to 30 pictures and see what your IG feed will look like. Adjust it to match your aesthetic and play with colors.
